Assistant Manager

We require an Assistant Manager to come and join a small team in our independently family run multi-award pub/restaurant with rooms set in the heart of the Rutland countryside.

We are a 2 Rosetted AA Hospitality venue with numerous other awards to our credit. We are a 100% fresh produce kitchen that has very high expectation and standard of customer service and food to deliver. We are passionate about our business and want that same passion should you join to help us reach our goals.

The role is to assist the General Manager on a day-to-day basis and be a led in their absence. The role doesn’t have a large amount of paperwork as part of the description. You will be given your own areas of responsibility to head up.

Be confident using computers and multiple software packages. Training will be given

Pay will be discussed independently, dependant on experience.

28 days annual holiday

Good tip share.

40 hours per week with over time.

You will be expected to work – evenings, weekends and public holidays.
